Sylwia is a professional psychologist - she graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Cracow (major in Business Psychology and Change Management). Since 2003 she has specialised in conducting training courses, coaching and consulting.
She cooperates mainly with corporations. Some of her regular clients include: BNP Paribas, Capita, Shell, State Street, UBS, Valeo, to name but a few. Staff management training courses are Sylwia’s favourite – during her career she has trained over 5,000 managers and leaders. Sylwia’s experience as a trainer is worldwide – she conducted training courses for managers from financial centres in India, Malesia, Philippines and Great Britain.
She is also a vastly experienced postgraduate studies lecturer – she has given lectures on Talent Management in Organisations for the Kozminski University in Warsaw.
